Top-class hotel with nicely decorated rooms and ideal location. Healthy and generous breakfast with salad and fish and yogurt and excellent service.

The room was very good, and the location was excellent. We felt we received value for our money and would stay there again.

Location is really good. Also I like the hotel because it is cosy and homelike. The breakfast is good also and the staff is friendly. The hotel offers beach towels which is great.
The only disadvatage is that there are no balconies in the rooms but otherwise the hotel is really nice and since it is near the beach the missing of the hotel pool is no problem.

Strongly recommend for a weekend excursion
Comfortable room, convenient facilities, with a fantastic rooftop offering a lovely view of the beach and a strong shower that helped me unwind after exploring the area.
For us it was ideal.

Having read mixed previous reviews we were not sure what to expect. We had a delightful stay in a redecorated room. Excellent breakfast! Location is ideal for business or leisure. Beach across the road. Complete choice of restuarants - from 5 star to bistros to fast food."Instant" taxis and busses two blocks away on Ben Yahuda which is lined with shops all the way to the market. Spent last afternoon on beach and when going to collect luggage were given a room to shower and change before departure. Most staff friendly, but Seeda was delightful and went many "extra miles" for us on info, taxis and a perfect host. Thank you Seeda!
Suggest reception has brochures and maps and that all desk staff can/will provide info on local info.

Maxim is a very modern hotel and whether you want a beach or a city holiday this is situated conveniently for both. Cross the road and go down some steps and you are at the seaside - Take a short walk and you are in the city with all the shops and markets. Breakfast at the hotel is very well presented and in traditional style with the Israeli multi courses. There is enough food to set you up for the day! I would definitely stay here again and shall recommend this venue to family and friends. I would give it 10/10 for value and convenience.
Not really got any negative remarks except perhaps a few more British channels on the tv.
